Olga Barone-Allan founded Billing Angel. Olga has 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with broad and detailed knowledge of revenue cycle management (insurance billing and collections), revenue integrity, government payer compliance, denials management, uncompensated care, analytics, process management, HIPAA, product development, and process improvement.

Olga is well respected for her active leadership and broad expertise. She has been an active member of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management and Healthcare Financial Management Association for over 20 years. Throughout her career, she has held senior management positions in consulting, as Director of Patient Financial Services at a mid-size hospital, and as Assistant Director at a multi-hospital organization in New Jersey.

Olga graduated from The College of New Jersey and earned the CHFP certification in 2020, a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional designation offered by the Health Financial Management Association ("HFMA"). In her spare time, she enjoys movies, books, traveling, and spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren.
